When you have this it means your metabolism is slow and yes it's linked to candidiasis in fact many believe this is the cause of it, i'd recommend following the anti candida diet but what would really help is getting in a good excersise routine as this would stimulate you and get metabolism going very quickly.
Might wanna consider taking enzymes depending on what you are eating to help break food down quicker
