I just tape mine over the Lugol's...or did when that was my main Iodine source. Now magnascent is. And SSKI now and then.

I must be saturated, if I take SSKI more than a few days in a row, I can taste "chemical" in my mouth or feel my throat.

So I just wait a few days then blast myself LOL

only 8 drops is a real brain booster for me.

What kind of Iodine do you take, just curious? :)
