Thanks guys for your input. It was really helpful. I slowed down on the water after the first Epsom Salt. Good thing too cos rite after the second Epsom Salt I started going to the loo continuously .... but not peeing though ;-).....

Today I had my frist flush and would think that it is rather successful... on my first toilet trip, I had some green stones - mostly very small ones and about 5 thumbnail ones. On the second trip, mostly brown colored ones - pea size. In total I would say about 200. I still keep going to the toilet but there is nothing else.

Anyway, since I am still fasting/apple & lemonaide diet, can I do another flush in two days time? or is it too soon? thanks!
