I usually taper off of liquids after about four o'clock, but continue to drink water and some apple juice right up to the second Epsom Salt drink. After that I just rinse my mouth to avoid nausea when I drink the oil/juice. Some people can drink right up to the flush, others must stop quite early. As you get experienced you will learn the best timing for you. Right now, I suggest you limit liquids, but drink when you are truly thirsty up to your second ES drink.
