So 7 pm, an hour after drinking the juice...juigar back up to 390. So the juice is affecting the sugars, and my pancreas isn't stepping up its game...The lowering earlier possibly from the walk I took around 1.

Edit...8 pm...301. woo hoo? not sure what to get excited about anymore. hah. Also a note though...havent had any juice since 6 except a tiny chug of grapefruit before my garlic. (no juice, but garlic, tea and slipper elm gruel...ugh..full). Going to have some IF 2 in a little bit then I am done thinking for the night!
