I would like to congratulate you for your courage... many people is on the same "protocol" for many time without sucess. Does this make sense? I think one should try another thing if what you are doing doesnt work...

Everybody is different and probably every person on this forum has a different problem, a different strain of candida, or a different fungus, different metabolism, different inmune systems, etc... so making "the usual" or what others do doesnt work always. Listen to your body and, if what you are doing doesnt seems to work, try another thing... even if it seems crazy!
