Menard's has a pricey little bulb that fits in regular lamps-I buy a few every year for winter use and sit under them whenever I'm home reading, on comp, etc. They cost under $10 a piece and have helped keep me from SAD symptoms for several years, along with Vit D.However, they aren't enough if you have cancer-you need real sun with no sunblock, no sun glasses.Ott's is a great product, if you can afford it.
