Even new fasters like me know that you are wrong, Endcandida...Fasts to ruin your metabolism ? You need to do lots of reading obviously..
Wrong about cilandro,too..
The only thing in your post I would agree with is the hint to experience fast gradually ...And,again, we all have the choice to do it or not this way
