I am trying to put together an organized list of information..

I have a lot going on in my world right now..

In the mean time please research everything and know this..

Everything starts with what you put into your mouth and your body's ability to break it down, process it, and distribute.

Vitamin deficiencies because of lack of nutritious foods.

Genetically Modified Organisms, Or Genetically engineered foods, pesticides, and drugs- destroys your liver over time and hinders digestion- process of nutrition to your body and cells. That is the key--Digestive system!

If your digestion and elimination is hindered you can't absorb the nutrition you need to be healthy..

Your food and environmental exposure to toxins can over load your system and wreak havoc on your mind, body, and spirit.

There is more to health then just food--spiritually you need balance.

You need to renew your thoughts from neg. to positive... Embrace nature and get in touch with your inner peace
