Sometimes when I get weak that way it is because my body salts/electrolytes are slightly depleted so I sprinkle a little salt and Potassium chloride in a glass of water and deep doing that until I feel stronger. Bananas are also a good source of potassium.

If the pain does not come back you can wait a while and see if the jaundice subsides but you may have to do many more flushes to clear it out of your blood. Doing even a few days of a kidney cleanse will help your kidneys remove the jaundice and doing a parasit program may help you get more stones out.
