thank u for - as always - for your ~helpful~ response... i do notice the pressure lessens after i've been able to lay down... i'm going to try to lay down as frequently as i can ...and i'm also thinking it could be magnesium deficiency constricting the veins so i'm taking a liquid magnesium (though i wish i had mag oil i could put straight on the spot), and keeping up the serrapeptase etc. ...i'll post back if i find out what it is or if anything helps...
