The research on liposomal (any substance) shows how effective this delivery system is. According to research 5 grams of lipo VC is as effective as 50 grams I.V. which is superior to oral forms.

The problem is that lipo is expensive. I ran across this website showing how you can formulate your own utilizing a $30 ultrasonic cleaner. I would like to know if anyone has tried this or will try.
