dear motif,
i appreciate your advice but, i am UNABLE to lose weight right now...
and it's the pressure/pulling down by my ankle after sitting for any time at all (happens even when my ankle is not swollen) that i'm worried about... has anyone experienced this pressure/pulling in their leg, maybe with p.a.d.?
