you are correct, until natural hunger is the best...I cannt even try,I cannt be off work for that long.. I arrange day off here and there..I do it once every season.
Nooneinp, very very important principle - do not walk, do not run, limit your physical efforts all together.Your body needs this energy for ketosis. I stay in bed after work.
It s going to be fine, just focus on fast only for the time being
