Hi Ask Christian,

Thanks for the info. Especially on the fermented vegggies. I know of home made Sauerkraut being good for digestion. Any other veggies I can ferment at home that will help with my acne? I started taking L-Glutamine and a product called Sea Cure to help rebuild the lining of my gut. I'm also taking aloe vera and coconut oil to sooth the gut.

Since you said you "hated" acne, I'm guessing you don't have Acne anymore?
