There are no signup fees or anything to join... just consider yourself joined.

I've done several 3 and 4 days fasts over the years and one 14 day fast. Last year I did 62 days on a juice feast.

It is my intent to fast to completion... which I'm fully expecting it to be 50-60 days for that to happen.... LOL
