according to pattiecake, he is almost right, it is my personal experience when i eat someing heavy on the next day of flush, it become a terrible problem of pain and discomfort for me.

so take very light on the next day in the morning, afternoon and late night, only fruits, boiled vegetables, juices. if you follow this for one more day that will be more better.
