kidney stone yikes....the pain lessened over the day so maybe i slept on it wrong plus I continued the lemon water and took an epsom salt bath and i feel some better.

Lemon water releases old toxins?? Really didnt know that. I did do an extensive Colon Cleanse and I am still adding 1 colon shake a day.

I dont know why but I just feel this is right to continue with the lemon water. I know after my Liver Flush several weeks ago I felt real crappy for a week then good. Anyways my tongue is clearing up some and I dont know if its the lemon but its the only new thing I added.

How do you know for sure its a kidney stone and what can you do about it?
