I've always maintained an anathema to DEET. For god's sake, it's a pesticide...now we're to spray pesticides on ourselves? Isn't it enough that we have to eat them on our foodstuffs?

If it whacks the neurology of a bug, what praytell, is the long term effects on human neurology?

No thanks...I'll keep looking for another alternative - Nature has surely an equitable reprisal for these little pests!
