Anyone have any experience, or know someone, who has taken
or taught women's self-defence classes? I've been searching the internet but find there are so many, so I am quite confused? I am looking for one that basically not so much fights back, but uses more intelligence and intuition to know how to get out of the way. I was recommended Wenlido, is that a good one ? Just wondering which ones are the best.
