Thank you everybody! You guys are GREAT!!!
Loads of good advice and much appreciated!

I almost finished my Humaworm and will try MMS next-I know there are mixed reviews on MMS, but am going to brave it, cos want to get better! Will try all of your advice and will keep posting my progress and if anyone likes to do aswell, that'll be great.
