just find clean stuff, seaweed comes from our filthy seas so you need to find seaweed harvested well away from shipping lanes. Seaweed can concentrate arsenic in large quantities, for instance.

I post a lot of stuff, does not mean that I have experienced all of it! I did use the moreless drink for a bit but I was never comfortable with the calcium hydroxide.
I'm definitely more comfortable with Lapis' version.
