I was thinking about working with seaweed from the place of remineralization, mine are pretty off
and just curious if anyone else was using it
especially since that Lapis article suggesting it.

Also, a friend sent me Ryan Drum's article on his take on Iodine defficiency and using seaweed. I am assuming you may have seen it, it was posted some time again in the VWT forum.....

so i was thinking of using Iodoral still at 100mg but also using seaweed to get the other stuff in me too.
