This book IS important to all. I read an interview with Gary Taubes after he had written the book, and he now eats in an "Adkins" manner. I have been eating in this manner for years, and can attest that it is the most healthy way to eat. I feel great, have lost much weight, no longer have brain fog, and my hot flashes disappeared.
