Hi Apollo, I have tried CALMAX and love it. It disolves in warm water slightly lemony and is made from plants. I've recomended/given bottle of it to people who say calcium gives them gas and they love it too. It doesn't Harden organs that arne't supposed to harden like your liver (fossamax) Taken at night helps you sleep soundly. It also calms raggedy nerves, and helps with cramps if you still have those. :) rmm
