That's great news about having the chronic d under control. You are off to a great start!

Before buying Andreas's book you can get a brief intro to Aruyvedic medicine at banyanbotanicals.com . They have some neat online quizzes to take to see which type you are, and briefly discusses foods, stressors, etc. suited for each type. If it is something that interests you then you can download Andreas's book for $6.00 or some low price like that. I have his Amazing Liver Cleanse book and it is a great book.
