Thank you for your kind words ren.  We love you too.  I know how special you are by the way you care for your residents.  And... good for you for taking the morning off.  We all need to do that now and then.

ren, are you gluten sensitive?  This could be the cause of the digestive discomfort.  And those greasy commercial foods aren't good for anyone.  You'll find that you feel much better by doing without them.

Take care of yourself and please let us know what the doctor says.
