Hello from me ,buddies !
I started day 4,a breeze , no symptoms...here and there some no-energy -spots...Just regular stuff (darker urine), I sleep much better than before during fasting..Just drinking my water, reading my books /blogs and chilling ; I love fasting

I usually do 10-12 days, but now is tempting with all friends lined up..I work office job, lots of numbers , heavy mental taxing stuff...I cannt take chances to fail there...BUT this time I think I would try longer
