Hi Anna Marie,

I checked out living fuel at mercola.com and it sounds great, except for the price. I know alot of curezone people use Dr. Schultz's superfood, and it is cheaper. There is a Dr. Schultz forum here as well.

As for the calcium supplement, I didn't check it out because I did some researching this morning and found that with IBS, calcium absorption is limited, so buying expensive supplements may be useless if they are not being properly absorbed. I'll put a link at the bottom of this page for you to read.

Also, do read Andreas' suggestions, and let me know if you need help understanding what he said.
