Hi Everyone,

I have this Calcium Supplement from Elixir Industries, called EZorb and it contains Calcium Aspartate Anhydrous. Has anyone heard of it and is it a good source to consume? It sure is expensive though. However, I have Osteopenia and want to be sure to get the highest quality. I know it's not FDA approved, but I don't care about that so much as it is tested for USP quality to absorb.

Also, I'm looking for a Vegetable and Fruit Supplement, such as a powder to blend in with smoothies to get my daily serving. Do you have any recommendations? I have only found Living Fuel and Daily BioBasics. Are these any good?
