If it were me - I'd do a 20-30 day Dr. Schulze style colon cleanse and also start doing daily coffee enemas for at least 6 months using SA Wilsons Coffee.

If you want to stick with RG products (they are great too) you can use his colon cleanse product and also follow the liver flush from his website. Each protocol is basically trying to do the same thing - clean out the colon and liver.
