I went to the suggested forums and asked some questions and await a reply. I hope I can get straight before a fracture. I am glad someone understanding can reply to me b/c I have felt lost and I almost went back to taking Fosamax b/c that is the only option given to me by my doctor. I'm sure she'll be angry that I'm not taking it, but all I have to do is try the Natural Route and have another bone scan and see if the bone density increases.

What is a good T-Score? I never understood things like -1 or 1. If I'm having another bone scan in December, is 5 months long enough to show improvement if I really work at? So if I do everything, I could prevent Osteoporosis in the long run through healthier living?

I appreciate all the help you have given me in my time of need.
