I'm having the opposite, constipation, gas, bloating and I'm seeing my doctor next week anyhow. As an aside, I think I like the sutherlandia opc capsules better. I started taking them three weeks ago, started taking one a day then two a day, sometimes three because I wasn't planning on going to see the doctor before my insurance comes in. I'm wondering if I'm taking too much rose laurel, the most I take is three a day. It does wonders for my heart beat.
