I'm still having a hard time with it... I've tried cleaning things out with a few quick plain water enemas first, but i really cant contain that much... of course flushing things out first does help.

my main issue with it is that it hurts. as soon as any fluid goes in i get cramps... i tried to just keep going tonight, but by the time i got to the Coffee-Enema I was having stabbing pain and i panicked. It hurt so bad I had to expel immediately, for fear of tomorrow's headlines reading "woman dies pouring coffee up her bum"

i do them quite slow, but they still hurt terribly. i really dont understand it
