Detox ain't easy!!!  Detoxing when your organs of elimination aren't open and free flowing can make you SICK!!  I'd recommend that you read my article Common Sense article of Cleansing in the Cleansing thread here.

"herxheimer" doesn't show something ISN'T working; quiet the opposite.  far infrared sauna DOES detox heavy metals, as does chlorella - it's individual responsibility to find a safe product.

You certainly have my permission to tell the director of one of the world's top health clinics that he doesn't know what he's talking about!!  He states in quite a few of these audios that he's ready to debate all coners.
