hiya urite yea ive been on the programme for nerli 3 months ( you take 1 bowel nosode every month) and alot of stuffs been happening - its not plain sailing alot of old symptoms return, as is common in homeopathy, but honestly the literal shit thats been coming out of me is amazing, it has greatly relieved my smelling like poo, but then if i get sloppy and just stuff my face and dont do the excercises then it will creep back but not in an out of control way, just like a little warning
But if you do do it, its gonna be completley personal to you, it will treat you completley holistically so its going to bring up alot of emotional stuff and other type of physical stuff, i am doing this programme cos i know im ready for it, it lasts about 5/6 months and yeah all you do is take the remedy so you dont have to hide away but you have to be ready for the changes

read it and then book an appointment with a homeopath and get her to go through the programme with you, after she has taken you r history and everything - for a start you cant buy these remedies from the pharmacy anyway, and homeopathy isnt a one for all type thing =- im doing this programme after growing up with homeopathy and then also having 1 year of treatment from an outside homeopath - im not saying you need all that-alot of people have instant results from it, most people ive known actually, but what im saying is as much as i deeply understand the need to cure ureself from this you have to slow down and take in what your learnin everyday do u kno wot i mean - i do think you should do the programme id recomend it to anyone but do it properly, do it with a homeopath and see a homeopath as a seperate thing about ure problem first and see what she says - i dunno i dont think ive really answered ure question here have i let me read it back.....yes i have noticed a difference, i have been able to see alot more clearly when its bad and not, what the triggers are rather than everything being a constant hassle and struggle and all blurreed into one, and ive had proper fukin hell moments of like this is what itd be like if i was cured, cos i get bo and sweating aswell and tbh afta 3 mnths on it thats wot im on sortin now, i feel the shit smell is a thing of the past rite now. i feel so much more in control and in touch with whats going on - and also no matter how down i get in the back of my mind i dont really feel that upset cos i feel so strongly it getting better - aswell a relli big thing ive noticed is how ive bin able to put the problem in perspective and realise how much deeper it goes than just the physical cos after all this smell and everything are only symptomns, and homeopathy helps so much with relieving the symptoms (thats why i think u shud get a homeopath, cos while ive bin on the programme ive bin takin lots of other remedies related to the bowel nosode im on at the time to help relieve the healing symptoms it causees) but mainly treats the real underlying cause Sorry to waffle - if ure stil interested i cud tell u wot happens wiv it and let me kno if u start it
