I would try EVERYTHING before surgery. amoils has an essential oil that has reduced mine 80%. just praying for it to totally go. stress can cause them too. There are a lot of different products out there. this doctor had them too and cured himself and he was bad he sayes...
(not sure where his story is but stress relief and oils for sofer poo helped him...lots of info on there anyway)
