I understand about the changing weather - even here at low altitude it is spring/summer one day and winter the next!

I will try the tea!

I am not really bloated, but do have less of a craving for water in the cooler months......will be conscious about the importance even though the weather thinks not!

The ylang-ylang is, indeed, lovely!
