Very interesting, thanks, tho I still feel that we do better with a diet that promotes digestion in the arena that each food item was designed to activate enzymatic action in. Furthermore since so many have intestinal predicaments it would do them better to stick with easily digested choices and hard or soft we all know bran will clump and seemingly assist peristalsis tho that is symptomatic and the better option would be to power up the flora with mono diets of living and simpley digested foods.
