 but i dont know how to use/take OATBRAN every day.. i mean should i cook it with water for few minutes or to take it without cook with water...and how many grams i can take daily .

You can blend it in to smoothies, or sprinkle it on foods.

I recommend a tablespoon 3 times daily.
