Be sure to detox your colon, liver, kidneys so the toxins exiting won't overload you. I think it's great that you're taking your life back! I've been on the raw food diet for 3 months now for killing cancer so I'm very motivated,lol.I also found some advice on virgin coconut oil - the health benefits are amazing and it increases your metabolism, doesn't store as fat, actually makes you lose weight.You might try looking into it-this really helped me so I can have popcorn with a great taste and no guilt!
