you should try anyway. the hardest thing for me to figure out was getting a feel for the difference between a real connection and the interference... reading NP's posts is of course helpful, but until you work through it yourself, you really don't fully understand. same deal with cleaning up metal dumps with specific supps. one thing to read about it in the abstract, quite another thing to experience the pain then relief first hand. but in any event, practice is very important... the skill builds on itself when you use it.
