**hi linenup**...i'm going to test this out too. years ago i tried papaya seeds, some eaten fresh, some dried and powdered. i had quite a large amount, and now i can't remember how i got them down, they are hot!

i don't remember it having any effects, but i didn't take it long enough. i'll do it longer this time. will report my results. thanks for the idea.
