Not sure, changes added by the doctrine suggest that but I am past my Lead cycle. Also chelates oxidized copper for those that don't have NAC

Boron, is better much better and price is anon issue at least right now. Fluoride better chelated with Gold, but the Doctrine can deatroy F, not a metal
