Hi Wombat,

Thanks for your post a couple of weeks ago.

I have been a busy boy since then, this will be short for now but you put me on a path.

I have been juiciing my dandelions in the morning, read through the Gerson stuff and that got me doing coffee enemas and learning more about that and I found http://www.optimalhealthnetwork.com
which is a great source for enema equipment and special coffee and more

and it all feels good and more to share later....

Are you and/or anyone else out there taking kelp/other seaweeds as a regular supplement? experiences to share?
