Do they have to be whole ? What I have is a jar of purée from umeboshi plums that I use in vegespreads. I wonder if they might be healthy for those like us. The ingredients list: japanese plums (Ume), red shiso (Perilla), Sea Salt . They are from Japan and the brand name is KOYO.
