Hello everybody

After much anticipation (1 year of courage buildup) I'm going forward with the Liver Flush tonight.
My question is my bowels have been sluggish during past few days (had a colema done 3 days ago and since then a couple movements), so I would like to maybe do a colema hours before the flush; is that advisable?
Am I expecting diarrhea from the Epsom Salts ?

Also, I am planning on mixing the salts with apple juice or grapefruit juice due to other peoples feedback on their taste. Which juice is a better option? (or any other suggestions)
