by making either a strong tea or a strong decoction of BF&C (either one), moisten a dishtowel with it, wrap the knee, then use a plastic-shielded heating pad to help the herbal fluid to get in. Cycle the heating pad from off to thoroughly warm (about med-hi, but don't overdo it, just till the knee is warmed through, then off til knee is cooled through)a few times and go back and forth- I found this easiest done at bedtime.

Works very fast.

Stay well,

..a purely herbal formulation developed by the late and much-revered Dr. John R. Christopher. Its intended purpose is to rebuild injured or compromised tissue, and it does this very well.

The acronym BF&C stands for "Bone, Flesh & Cartilage", because it is designed to rebuild all those.

You should be able to locate the formula online, or on Unyquity's Forum I think..

Stay well,

Ladylove
