Hi everyone,

I'm emailing on behalf of a friend I'm helping and I need some advice. Here is my friends story:

She is 48 yaers old and was diagnosed with Graves Disease a couple years ago.

She took radioactive Iodine which I believe dissolved the thyroid.

She was then put on synthroid(daily).

She did have hyperthyroidism originally but now has hypothyroidism because of teh radioactive iodine.

My question is: How would you treat this naturally? Wjat protocol would you use?

Also should she take ARMOUR or is ther a better option?

So far I have her cuttying out all processed foods, sugar, bread, pasta, rice, grains, coffee(weening off).

I have her eating only veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, eggs, and meat(all organic).

She is doing affirmations and working on the Sedona Method.

She is also working out 4-5 times a week.

Please let me know what you think, your healp is much appreciated.
