Pain the upper abdomen that gets worse throughout the day may be commonly related to a muscular skeleton problem, often in the spine (lumber or thorax) which disrupts the nerves, and the control of the digestive system. As the spine compresses slightly throughout the pain gets worse. The solution involves stretch, low level exercise and relation.
